The EVO 200 is the slimline entry point into Valentine's Evolution fryer range — a single-pan, single-basket fryer built for kitchens with only 200mm to spare. Its pan is pressed from one sheet of stainless steel with no seams to trap oil, and a reduced cool zone keeps the oil-to-output ratio efficient without the fryer needing to be any bigger than it has to be.
