Free UK-Wide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom—no hidden fees, no surprises.

For most locations:

✅ Fast, reliable delivery.

Exceptions:
A small number of remote postcodes (e.g., Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and parts of Northern Ireland) may incur a carriage cost due to carrier surcharges. If your delivery address falls into this category, we’ll notify you before processing your order and provide a fair, upfront quote.

Customer Responsibilities

1️⃣ Delivery Access & Measurements
You are responsible for:

  • Verifying that products will fit through all doorways, hallways, and entry points at your premises.

  • Ensuring the delivery driver has safe, unobstructed access (e.g., no tight corners, uneven pathways, or parking restrictions).

Note: Failed deliveries due to incorrect measurements or inaccessible locations will result in redelivery fees, which the customer agrees to cover.

2️⃣ Oversized or Heavy Equipment

  • Items like industrial ovens, walk-in fridges, or bulky machinery may require special arrangements.


Order Process

Step 1: Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • We pre-authorise your payment and check stock availability.

Step 2: Shipment

  • In-stock items ship within 3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • Haven’t received tracking? Contact us at support@commercialkitchenconstruct.co.uk within 4 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and email you to discuss alternatives.


Damaged Deliveries

  1. Inspect Immediately: Check for damage before signing. Refuse delivery if issues are visible.

  2. Document: If accepting a damaged delivery, take timestamped photos of packaging/products within 15 minutes.

  3. Report: Email photos within 24 hours of the delivery being signed for to support@commercialkitchenconstruct.co.uk and visit our returns page to lodge your return claim online.
