Slightly larger than the entry-level EVO 200, the EVO 250 gives you more oil capacity in the same single-pan, single-basket format — useful when the 200 is holding you back on batch size but you still don't need a twin-pan unit. The pan is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel, so there are no seams for oil or food debris to catch on.

Like the rest of the Evolution range it runs ECO mode for economical preheating and fat-melt cycles, sits on adjustable legs for an 850-900mm working height, and comes with gravity filtration, a basket, oil bucket, crumb filter and folding lid as standard.
