The rotation of each spit rod on its own axis allows food to remain completely wrapped in its own juices, actively preventing food from drying out. The upper guillotine door maintains the internal temperature and allows for brilliant show cooking, while the temperature-controlled drawers allow food to be kept warm until ready to serve.
