The Hoshizaki N53 is a Santos-built crusher (French manufacturer) offered through Hoshizaki's range, with a smaller 2.4kg/min crush capacity and 1.2kg hopper suited to lower-volume cocktail use — mojitos, margaritas, daiquiris — rather than continuous high-volume crushing. Two operating modes: hold the button for manual crushing, or a quick tap to auto-crush the tank hands-free. ABS body, 0.13kW motor, 2-year warranty.
