Description
The Hoshizaki KMD-270ABE-R452 is a modular crescent ice maker producing up to 275kg of ice every 24 hours, sitting on a separate storage bin rather than a built-in one for flexible capacity planning. It shares the same compact 560 x 625 x 610mm footprint as the KMD-210ABE-HC despite the higher output, thanks to Hoshizaki's shared modular chassis design. The crescent ice shape resists clumping in the bin, suiting bottle coolers and busy drinks service, and the enlarged, bonded evaporator keeps harvest cycles quick. It runs on R452A refrigerant.
