Description
The Hoshizaki KM-80C-HC is the largest self-contained unit in the KM Edge C-series, producing up to 75kg of crescent ice every 24 hours with a 34kg storage bin for higher-volume bars and kitchens. Its enlarged, bonded evaporator surface speeds up harvest cycles, while natural R290 refrigerant keeps energy use in check. The half-moon ice shape resists clumping, working equally well in bottle coolers, ice wells and general drinks service. Front-accessible air filters and automated cleaning keep maintenance simple, and the stainless steel double-sided evaporator is built to last.
