Description
The Hoshizaki KM-60C-HC sits in the middle of the KM Edge self-contained range, producing up to 60kg of crescent ice every 24 hours with a 23kg storage bin — a solid fit for busier bars and kitchens that have outgrown the KM-40C-HC. Its enlarged, bonded evaporator accelerates harvest cycles for more ice in less time, and the rounded ice shape resists clumping, suiting bottle coolers as well as glass service. Built with a stainless steel double-sided evaporator and running on R290, it includes automated cleaning and front-accessible filters for straightforward upkeep.
