Description
The Hoshizaki KM-40C-HC brings the KM Edge range's enlarged, bonded evaporator to the smallest self-contained crescent ice maker in the current lineup, producing up to 43kg of ice every 24 hours with a 16kg storage bin. The faster harvest cycle means more ice in less time than the older B-series, while natural R290 refrigerant keeps running costs and environmental impact down. Crescent ice won't cluster in the bin, making it a natural fit for bottle coolers and drinks service in compact bar setups. Front-accessible air filters make routine cleaning straightforward, and automated cleaning is included as standard.
