The Hoshizaki KM-40B is a compact self-contained ice maker built for tight bar and café spaces, turning out up to 43kg of crescent-shaped ice every 24 hours with a 16kg storage bin built in. The rounded, half-moon shape won't clump together in the bin, so it drops cleanly into glasses and slips neatly around bottles for chilled displays. Its stainless steel, double-sided evaporator only lets the purest water molecules freeze, giving consistently clear ice while resisting scale build-up.
