The Hoshizaki KM-140C-HC-W matches the KM-140C-HC's 138kg output with fully automated chemical cleaning, trading a slightly smaller 47kg storage bin for a hygiene system that takes the manual descaling workload off staff — a worthwhile swap for busy, high-turnover venues. The same enlarged, bonded evaporator keeps harvest cycles quick, and the crescent ice shape resists clumping in the bin. Built with a stainless steel double-sided evaporator and running on R290, it shares the standard model's 630 x 719 x 1194mm footprint.
