The Hoshizaki KM-140C-HC is a taller, higher-capacity self-contained unit producing up to 138kg of crescent ice every 24 hours with a 55kg storage bin — a step up for venues needing serious volume without moving to a modular system. The enlarged, bonded evaporator keeps harvest cycles efficient at this larger scale, and the half-moon ice shape resists clumping, suiting bottle coolers, ice wells and high-turnover drinks service. Built with a stainless steel double-sided evaporator and running on R290, it includes automated cleaning as standard, with front-accessible filters for routine upkeep.
