The Hoshizaki IM-65PE-U takes the standard IM-65PE and adds UV-C sanitization — flashes of UV light that keep the water tank and standing water free from contamination between cleans. Output is 58kg of large cubes a day, on R290 refrigerant, drawing 0.29kW with 0.83kW heat rejection. Everything else carries over from the standard Cube model: automated cleaning, magnetic DC pump motor, AISI 441 stainless steel construction. Footprint: 633 x 509 x 840mm (add 90-125mm for legs), weighing 48kg net (58kg gross), 26kg storage bin, 3-year parts and labour warranty. Worth the step up from our standard ice makers range if hygiene audits or high-turnover service are a priority.
