The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-E is the EliteCube version of the IM-45CPE, adding two things on top of the standard cube machine: a UV-light cleaning cycle that keeps the water tank and standing water free of contamination, and an integrated drain pump that lets you route the drain up to 10 metres away and 1.5 metres in height. That flexibility makes it a good fit for retrofits where the drain run isn't straightforward. It still produces 47kg of large cubes every 24 hours from a 15kg bin, on R290 refrigerant drawing 0.255kW. Footprint: 633 x 511 x 690mm (add 90-125mm for legs). Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty.
