The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-U is the UltraCube version of the IM-30 range, built for the same tight footprints but with one addition: a UV-light cleaning cycle that reduces contamination in the water tank and standing water, on top of the standard cube machine's features. It still produces up to 34kg of large cubes every 24 hours from an 11.5kg bin, on R290 refrigerant drawing 0.215kW, with automated cleaning and a magnetic DC pump motor. Footprint is 398 x 451 x 695mm (add 92-127mm for legs), backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty. A sensible upgrade where hygiene compliance matters as much as ice output.
