The IM-240WPE-23 is the medium-cube, water-cooled variant in the IM-240 range, producing up to 190kg of ice a day into the same 110kg storage bin as the rest of the family. Medium cubes suit high-turnover drinks service, while water cooling keeps noise and heat output down in tight plant rooms, provided you have a permanent water supply and drain to feed the condenser.
