The IM-240PE-U-23 pairs the medium-cube output of the IM-240PE-23 with Hoshizaki's UltraCube UV-C sanitization cycle, which flashes the water tank and standing water between fills to cut bacterial build-up. It produces up to 180kg of ice a day into the same 110kg storage bin as the rest of the IM-240 range, with cubes formed individually in the closed-cell system rather than broken off a sheet.
