The IM-240PE is Hoshizaki's high-output self-contained cube maker in the 240 range, producing up to 210kg of large, standard cubes a day into a 110kg storage bin — enough capacity for busy bars and catering kitchens to run a full service without topping up. It uses the same closed-cell freezing system as the rest of the IM CUBE line, so each cube forms individually rather than breaking off a sheet, keeping the bin free of fines. Running on R290 refrigerant, it draws 0.87kW and rejects 2.58kW of heat at typical ambient conditions.
