The IM-240PE-23 is the medium-cube version of Hoshizaki's IM-240PE, producing up to 180kg of ice a day into the same 110kg storage bin. Medium cubes melt a little faster than the standard large cube but pack more surface area into a scoop, which some bar and beverage operations prefer for chilling drinks quickly. It's built on the same closed-cell freezing platform as the rest of the IM CUBE range, with individually formed cubes rather than a broken sheet. Running on R290 refrigerant, it draws 0.87kW and rejects 2.58kW of heat at typical ambient conditions.
