The Hoshizaki IM-240DWPE-U-32 brings together UV-C sanitisation and water cooling in the modular, stackable cube format, built to pair with a separate storage bin rather than an integrated one. It produces up to 190kg of extra large cubes every 24 hours and is designed for Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A UV-C lamp cycles through the water tank between fills to cut bacterial build-up, alongside the closed water circuit and automated cleaning shared across the IM Cube range. Water cooling keeps it quieter and cooler-running than air-cooled equivalents, though it needs a permanent water supply and drain.
