The Hoshizaki IM-240DWPE is a water-cooled, modular stackable cube maker that sits on a separate storage bin rather than an integrated one, giving kitchens flexibility over layout. It produces up to 209kg of large cubes every 24 hours and pairs with Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A closed water circuit and automated cleaning cycle protect the ice-making process from contamination, while a variable-speed DC pump motor adjusts water flow through each stage to reduce chipped or cloudy cubes. As a water-cooled unit it runs quieter and produces less ambient heat than air-cooled equivalents, though it needs a permanent water supply and drain.
