The Hoshizaki IM-240DWPE-32 is a water-cooled, modular stackable cube maker designed to sit on a separate storage bin, giving kitchens more control over where ice gets made and stored. It produces up to 190kg of extra large cubes every 24 hours and pairs with Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A closed water circuit and automated cleaning cycle keep the ice-making process protected from contamination, while a variable-speed DC pump motor adjusts water flow through each stage to reduce chipped or cloudy cubes. Running water-cooled, it's quieter and cooler-running than air-cooled equivalents, though it needs a permanent water supply and drain.
