The Hoshizaki IM-240DPE-U brings UV-C sanitisation to the modular, stackable cube format, sitting on a separate storage bin rather than an integrated one so kitchens can choose exactly where ice is made and stored. It produces up to 210kg of large cubes every 24 hours and pairs with Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A UV-C lamp cycles through the water tank to cut bacterial build-up between fills, on top of the closed water circuit and automated cleaning that all IM Cube models share.
