The Hoshizaki IM-240DPE-U-32 combines UV-C sanitisation with the modular, stackable cube format, designed to pair with a separate storage bin so kitchens can decide exactly where ice gets made and stored. It produces up to 190kg of extra large cubes every 24 hours and is built for Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A UV-C lamp cycles through the water tank between fills to cut bacterial build-up, alongside the closed water circuit and automated cleaning shared across the IM Cube range.
