The Hoshizaki IM-240DPE-U-23 pairs UV-C sanitisation with the modular, stackable cube format, sitting on a separate storage bin rather than an integrated one for more flexibility over kitchen layout. It produces up to 180kg of medium cubes every 24 hours and is built for Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A UV-C lamp cycles through the water tank between fills to reduce bacterial build-up, alongside the closed water circuit and automated cleaning shared across the IM Cube range.
