Description
The Hoshizaki IM-240DPE is a modular, stackable cube maker built to sit on top of a separate storage bin rather than an integrated one, giving kitchens more flexibility over where ice is made and stored. It produces up to 210kg of large cubes every 24 hours and pairs with Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). Inside, a closed water circuit and automated cleaning cycle keep the ice-making process protected from contamination, while a variable-speed DC pump motor adjusts water flow through each stage to reduce chipped or cloudy cubes. Running on R290 refrigerant, it draws 0.845kW and rejects 2.25kW of heat. At 1084 x 700 x 500mm it stacks cleanly onto compatible Hoshizaki bins. Browse the full range of commercial ice makers.
