Description
The Hoshizaki IM-240DPE-32 is a modular, stackable cube maker designed to pair with a separate storage bin, letting kitchens choose exactly where ice gets made and stored. It produces up to 190kg of extra large cubes every 24 hours and is built for Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A closed water circuit and automated cleaning cycle protect the ice-making process from contamination, while a variable-speed DC pump motor manages water flow across each stage to prevent chipped or cloudy cubes.
