Description
The Hoshizaki IM-240DPE-23 is a modular, stackable cube maker that sits on a separate storage bin rather than housing its own, giving kitchens flexibility over where ice is made and stored. It produces up to 180kg of medium cubes every 24 hours and pairs with Hoshizaki's B-340SB storage bin (sold separately). A closed water circuit and automated cleaning cycle protect the ice-making process from contamination, while a variable-speed DC pump motor adjusts water flow through each stage to reduce chipped or cloudy cubes.
