The Hoshizaki IM-240APE-U-23 combines UV-C sanitisation with the modular format: a self-contained ice-making head designed to sit on top of a separate storage bin rather than including one, giving you a choice of Hoshizaki's B-140SB, B-210SB, or B-340SB bins to match the storage capacity you need. It produces up to 190kg of medium cubes every 24 hours. A UV-C lamp cycles through its water tank between fills to cut bacterial build-up, alongside the closed water circuit and automated cleaning shared across the IM Cube range. Running on R290 refrigerant, it draws 0.87kW and rejects 2.51kW of heat.
