The Hoshizaki IM-130WPE-U is a self-contained cube icemaker producing up to 108kg of ice per 24 hours, with a 50kg storage bin. It's water cooled rather than air cooled — Hoshizaki recommends connecting the condenser to a closed-circuit recirculating system, such as a tower or chiller, rather than mains water, to avoid excessive water use. As an UltraCUBE model, it adds UV sanitisation on top of the standard IM Cube features, using UV-light flashes to keep the water tank and standing water free of contamination. Please note: this size is on special order, so please allow for a longer lead time.
