The Hoshizaki IM-130WPE-E-23 is the medium-cube EliteCUBE version of the water-cooled IM Cube self-contained icemaker, producing up to 99kg of ice per 24 hours into its 50kg storage bin. Cooling is water cooled rather than air cooled — Hoshizaki recommends connecting the condenser to a closed-circuit recirculating system rather than mains water. As the top-tier EliteCUBE model, it combines UV sanitisation with an integrated drain pump, giving both extra hygiene and up to 10 metres of horizontal reach and 1.5 metres of lift for flexible installation. Please note: this size is on special order, so please allow for a longer lead time.
