The Hoshizaki IM-130PE-U is a self-contained cube icemaker producing up to 116kg of ice per 24 hours, with a 50kg storage bin. As an UltraCUBE model, it adds Hoshizaki's UV sanitisation system on top of the standard IM Cube features — UV-light flashes run through the water tank to keep standing water free of contamination, for an extra layer of hygiene beyond the closed water circuit. It's air cooled, uses R290 natural refrigerant, and is built from higher-grade stainless steel with a magnetic DC pump motor.
