Description
The IM-100PE is Hoshizaki's current standard air-cooled cube maker in the 100kg bracket, producing up to 104kg of large, slow-melting cubes a day into an integrated 50kg storage bin. Like the rest of the IM CUBE range, it uses a closed-cell freezing system so each cube forms individually rather than breaking off a sheet, cutting down on fines. Running on R290 refrigerant, it draws 0.485kW and rejects 1.19kW of heat at typical ambient conditions — a lighter load than older R134a units.
