The Hoshizaki HNC-210BE-R-BLH is the right-sided, LED-lit flagship of the sushi case range, offering 87 litres in a W2100 x D345 x H270mm cabinet. Cooling comes from the same tubular evaporator and diffused, non-forced airflow used across the HNC line, which keeps delicate fish hydrated rather than drying it out the way forced-air units can. The right-hand condensing unit directs warm exhaust air away from the operator, and the LED lighting switches independently of the refrigeration. A built-in thermometer, inverted-tray design and anti-slip top round out a case built for high-volume, high-visibility service. Runs on R600a, drawing 155W.
