Description
The Hoshizaki HNC-210BE-R-BH is the right-sided version of the largest non-LED display case in the HNC line, holding 87 litres across W2100 x D345 x H270mm. The condensing unit sits on the right, so exhaust air is directed away from a right-hand serving position, while a tubular evaporator produces smooth, diffused airflow that protects fish from the dehydration forced-air cooling can cause. A built-in thermometer and inverted-tray system make temperature checks simple, and the anti-slip top gives a stable surface for plates and serving dishes. The sliding door and wave-profile ABS trays are removable for daily cleaning. Runs on R600a, drawing 155W.
