Description
The largest case in the range without LED lighting, the Hoshizaki HNC-210BE-L-BH holds 87 litres in a W2100 x D345 x H270mm cabinet with a left-hand condensing unit. It uses the same tubular evaporator and non-forced, diffused airflow as the smaller HNC sizes to keep sushi and sashimi from drying out, with an inverted-tray design and integrated thermometer for temperature monitoring. At over two metres wide, it suits high-volume counters that need the extra 15 litres over the 180-size. The anti-slip top, sliding door and removable ABS trays keep servicing consistent with the rest of the range. R600a, 155W.
