Description
The right-sided Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-R-BH offers the same 72-litre capacity as its left-handed sibling, in a W1800 x D345 x H270mm case with the condensing unit positioned on the right. Cooling is via a tubular evaporator and smooth, diffused airflow rather than forced circulation, so fish and other delicate toppings stay hydrated rather than drying out under continuous chilling. A thermometer built into the cabinet and an inverted-tray design help keep temperatures where they need to be. No LED lighting is fitted, but the anti-slip top and removable wave-profile ABS trays make daily cleaning quick. R600a, 150W.
