The Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-L-BLH combines the 72-litre, W1800 x D345 x H270mm sushi display case with LED lighting and a left-hand condensing unit. The LED strip lifts the display without generating extra heat inside the cabinet, leaving the tubular evaporator's gentle, non-forced airflow to do the cooling — important for keeping sushi and sashimi from drying out the way forced-air refrigeration would. An inverted tray and built-in thermometer make temperature control simple to manage day to day. The sliding door and lightweight ABS trays lift out for cleaning, and the anti-slip top gives a stable spot for serving dishes. R600a refrigerant, 150W.
