Description
At 72 litres and W1800 x D345 x H270mm, the Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-L-BH is one size up again, suited to busier sushi bars that need more counter length than the 150-size offers. The left-hand condensing unit and non-forced, tubular-evaporator airflow follow the same design as the rest of the range, chilling fish gently rather than drying it out with forced circulation. An inverted-tray temperature system and integrated thermometer make it straightforward to monitor conditions inside the cabinet. There's no LED lighting on this model, and the anti-slip top and removable sliding door and trays keep servicing simple. R600a refrigerant, 150W.
