The Hoshizaki HNC-150BE-R-BLH is the right-sided, LED-equipped edition of the 57-litre HNC-150 case, sized W1500 x D345 x H270mm. Like its siblings it relies on a tubular evaporator and gentle diffused airflow instead of forced circulation, which keeps sushi and delicate toppings from drying out under long refrigeration. The condensing unit sits on the right so warm exhaust air is directed away from a right-hand serving position, and the LED strip switches independently for evening or daytime lighting. A built-in thermometer, anti-slip top and removable ABS trays keep operation and cleaning straightforward. Runs on R600a at 145W.
