Description
The Hoshizaki HNC-150BE-R-BH holds 57 litres across a W1500 x D345 x H270mm case, with the condensing unit on the right-hand side for kitchens laid out the opposite way to the L-BH version. Cooling comes from a tubular evaporator producing smooth, diffused airflow rather than forced circulation, which is what keeps sushi and sashimi from dehydrating under continuous refrigeration; a thermometer built into the cabinet lets staff check the temperature at a glance. The anti-slip lid gives a stable surface for serving plates, and the sliding door plus wave-shaped ABS trays lift out easily for the daily clean-down. R600a refrigerant, 145W.
