With LED lighting built in, the Hoshizaki HNC-150BE-L-BLH is the left-sided 57-litre version of the mid-size HNC case, at W1500 x D345 x H270mm. The lighting sits above the display without adding heat to the cabinet, so the tubular evaporator's smooth, non-forced airflow keeps doing its job of chilling fish gently rather than drying it out the way forced-air fridges can. An inverted-tray design plus an in-cabinet thermometer make it easy to dial in the right temperature. The left-hand condensing unit and anti-slip top round out a case built for a left-facing service point. R600a, 145W.
