Description
Stepping up to 57 litres, the Hoshizaki HNC-150BE-L-BH is a left-sided sushi display case measuring W1500 x D345 x H270mm, giving roughly 300mm more counter length than the 120-size for busier sushi counters. It uses the same tubular evaporator and gentle, non-forced airflow as the rest of the HNC range to avoid drying out fish and other delicate toppings, with an inverted-tray system and built-in thermometer for straightforward temperature checks. The left-hand condensing unit keeps warm exhaust away from customer-facing seating on that side. No LED lighting on this model. Runs on R600a, drawing 145W.
