At 42 litres, the Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-R-BLH is the right-handed, LED-lit version of Hoshizaki's smallest sushi case, measuring W1200 x D345 x H270mm with the condensing unit positioned on the right so warm exhaust air is directed away from whoever's serving. Like the rest of the HNC line it uses a tubular evaporator and diffused, non-forced airflow to stop fish drying out under refrigeration, plus an inverted-tray temperature system with a visible in-cabinet thermometer. The anti-slip top doubles as space for serving dishes, and the LED lighting switches independently of the refrigeration. Runs on R600a at 140W.
