Description
The Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-R-BH is Hoshizaki's smallest sushi display case at 42 litres, right-sided with the condensing unit positioned to direct warm exhaust air away from the operator, measuring W1200 x D345 x H270mm. A tubular evaporator produces smooth, diffused airflow rather than forced circulation, protecting delicate fish from the dehydration forced-air units can cause. An inverted-tray design and built-in thermometer make temperature monitoring straightforward, and the anti-slip top doubles as space for serving dishes. No LED lighting on this model. Runs on R600a, drawing 140W.
