Description
The Hoshizaki FM-80KE is a self-contained commercial flake ice maker producing up to 85kg of ice every 24 hours, with a 26kg storage bin. Flake ice's light, granular texture cools quickly without freezer burn, making it well suited to fish and produce display as well as drinks service. Unlike the HC variants in this range, the FM-80KE runs on R134a rather than R290, so it's worth checking refrigerant compatibility with your setup before ordering. It shares the same stainless steel auger system as the rest of the FM range.
