Description
The Hoshizaki FM-80KE-HC is a self-contained flake ice maker producing up to 85kg of ice every 24 hours, with a 26kg storage bin suited to fish and produce display, drinks service and general food use. Flake ice's light, granular texture cools quickly without causing freezer burn, making it a common choice for chilling fresh fish and bottled beverages. It runs on R290, a natural refrigerant, and uses a stainless steel auger system that only draws as much water as it turns into ice, keeping running costs down.
