Description
The Hoshizaki FM-600AKE-R452-SB is a modular commercial flake ice maker producing up to 600kg of ice every 24 hours, suited to very high-volume kitchens and venues. Flake ice's light, granular texture cools quickly without freezer burn, making it well suited to fish and produce display as well as drinks service at scale. It runs on R452A refrigerant, with a stainless steel exterior and auger built for durability and easy cleaning.
