Description
The Hoshizaki FM-1800ALKE-R452-SB is a modular flake ice maker producing up to 1800kg of ice every 24 hours, Hoshizaki's largest flake ice machine, built for the highest-volume kitchens and venues. It uses a remote condenser setup, so the compressor and condenser sit away from the ice-making head, useful where kitchen heat or noise is a concern. Flake ice's light, granular texture cools quickly without freezer burn, ideal for fish and produce display as well as drinks service at scale. It runs on R452A refrigerant with a stainless steel exterior and auger.
