Description
The Hoshizaki FM-150KE is a self-contained commercial flake ice maker producing up to 150kg of ice every 24 hours, with a 26kg storage bin. Flake ice's light, granular texture cools quickly without freezer burn, making it well suited to fish and produce display as well as high-volume drinks service. It runs on R290, a natural refrigerant, and uses the same efficient auger system as the rest of the FM range.
